Built in 1852 by Colonel William Clement Drake Esdaile, it’s an architecturally stunning baronial-style manor house set within an eight-hundred-year-old estate and surrounded by rolling countryside and Burley Park – a red deer sanctuary. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the picture-perfect village of Burley.
The restaurant is the epicentre of the Burley Manor experience where our chefs prepare slow food and Mediterranean sharing dishes with ingredients sourced from the very best producers and cooked in the restaurant’s wood-fired oven.
