Open all year round we offer a choice of comfortable ground floor doubles, twin room and family suite. All our rooms are equipped with en-suite shower, flat Screen TV/DVD, hospitality tray, hair dryer and ironing facilities. There is also accessible off-road parking and a free wireless hotspot to keep you connected.
For those with a sweet tooth, we provide an afternoon tea complete with complimentary cake, usually homemade, and a hot drink of your choice.
We also have a self-contained Annex with kitchen. This offers the benefits of private access and the ability to prepare evening meals whilst still enjoying the bed and breakfast experience. It makes wonderful accommodation for three adults or a family of four. If you prefer, the Annex is also available for self-catered breaks for a minimum of 3 nights.
We are ideally situated for local events or even trips out to many of the South of England’s finest attractions. We are close to the Langstone Hotel and provide a perfect base for those attending weddings or sporting events such as sailing and windsurfing.
